CBL Projects, founded in March 2018, is owned and managed by Charles Linnegar, a civil engineer (Pr TechiEng, MSAICE) with over 30 years experience in the civil engineering contracting industry.
Charles's vision is to create and encourage teamwork across the whole spectrum of the project, from the design team, local authorities, suppliers and ultimately the client in order to create cost effective solutions to infrastructure projects.
Based in Wellington in the Winelands, we are capable of mobilizing construction teams throughout the Western Cape.

SERVICES
Our core business is the delivery of quality civil engineering infrastructure for the housing development market. This includes site clearance, bulk earthworks, installation of underground pipework (sewer, water, stormwater, telecoms), the construction of roads (asphalt, paving and concrete) and final finishes like landscaping, roadmarking and retention dams.
We also specialise in the construction of synthetic sportsfields for hockey, rugby and football codes.
